EDUCATION

Cheryl holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern University of Seventh Day Adventists in Collegedale, Tennessee. She has also studied at the Colegio Adventista de Sagunto, Valencia, Spain and holds professional certification in Economic Development Finance from the National Development Council, NYC, NY.
